i can’t believe i didn’t get a complimentary upgrade while staying in a room with thin walls, where i could hear my neighbors breathing! also, their rooftop washing machine was almost an Olympic sport to use, with steps fit for the nimble. was i supposed to climb those stairs with my designer luggage? absoultely ridiculous.
